Q. What are Total Mug 's delivery options, policies, and prices?
Total Mug ships to all UK Mainland addresses on a standard Royal Mail delivery service. For the UK Postage and Packaging is charged at standard Royal Mail charges for the weight of the item plus a small amount to cover packaging
For Europe and the rest of the World Total Mug charges standard international Postage for delivery based on weight. Please contact us if you would like to know what an item would cost prior to ordering.
Q. Do I have to sign for my parcel when it arrives?
A. No. Some items will fit through your letterbox but not all will. Sometimes it is necessary to go to your local delivery office to pick up your delivery if you are not in when it arrives. We are happy to postpone shipping or offer a next day delivery service for items ordered in the UK. There is a surcharge for this – please contact us if you would like further information or prices..
Q. What happens after I place my order?
A. Upon placing your order Total Mug will send a confirmation e-mail to you. A member of Total Mug online service team then checks your order and delivery information to make sure that it is correct. Your order is then picked, printed and packed ready to be sent out to you. Your credit card is charged, you receive a despatch confirmation email from us and your order is sent out. If you are receiving multiple deliveries from us, you will receive separate emails for each delivery confirming when these have been despatched to you.
Q. Why am I not receiving any e-mail confirmations?
A. If you are confident you entered your email address correctly, please check your "spam" filter settings. By rejecting unwanted junk e-mail, you may be inadvertently blocking our messages. Some web-based e-mail (such as Yahoo, Google, or Hotmail) may block e-mail from unknown senders; you may need to deactivate these settings or check your "junk mail" folder.

Q. When will my credit card get charged?
A. Your credit card will only get charged when your order gets sent out. When you enter your credit card information and click 'Confirm Payment' on the final review page, we authorise the payment on your credit card ensuring that the funds are available. You will also receive an order confirmation e-mail within 24 hours with the details of your order. Once your order has been despatched, we will charge your credit card and send you another email notifying you that your order is on its way to you.

A. Total Mug realises how important it is to store any information you give us securely, and has therefore ensured that his online store maintains the highest levels of security. Total Mug’s online store uses high-level SSL encryption technology, the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions. Q. What happens if you do not have my product in stock?
A. While we hold many items in stock for us to print onto and customise, from time to time we do have to order replacements. Should this happen we will buy from one of our other suppliers, but the delivery times could take a little longer, in these circumstance we would always inform you.
Q. Can you customise any item?
A. Yes we can customise any of our items, to your own design.
Q. Do you print photographs or images to items?
A. Yes we can add these to our items, these can be emailed through with your order as a jpg, pdf or bmp they will need to be of good quality for reproduction and no larger than 1.5mb. Should there be any issues with your attachment we will contact you directly by telephone or email.
Q. Do you provide a full design service?
A. Yes we can provide a design service to your brief, should it be for one item or 100 items, there is a charge of £10 per hour should you require this service.
Q. Will I get a receipt with my order?
A. You will receive an email confirming your order has been despatched, which will act as an electronic receipt.
Q. Where can I find washing instructions for your products?
A. All Total Mug garments have care labels inside them, which detail the washing instructions for that individual item. We do however recommend that you hand wash all the garments to keep them looking newer for longer!

Q. What is Total Mugreturn policy?
A. Total Mug wants you to be delighted every time you shop online. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return or exchange an item.
Please note the following :
- Total Mug reserves the rights to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to have been damaged or tampered with.
- Please contact Total Mug within 7 days of receiving your order to request a returns number, and follow the returns procedure. Failure to do so may result in Total Mug being unable to process your return.
- Non Faulty Goods - Unless your item is faulty or has been delivered to you in error, your right to return does NOT apply to goods which are not returned to us in a saleable condition or if you have ordered the goods from a non-member state of the European Union or the goods have been customised.
Please note we are unable to process refunds from the business premises or the company’s registered office.
